Refund Policy
Products purchased on this website may be returned or exchanged unconditionally within 14 days
from the date of acknowledgement of receipt in the following cases:
1) The product is found defective upon receipt;
2) The product is not consistent with what you ordered on the website;
3) The product is found to have expired upon receipt;
In case of the above situations, we will arrange for refund and pay the shipping fee so caused.
Criteria for Refunds:
• Only products purchased on this website may be returned or exchanged.
If the product is purchased through any channel other than this website,
please contact the original seller for return or exchange.
• No exchange of products that are free gifts or gifts with purchase; that have been opened or used;
or that are not kept in intact packaging, have been damaged or destroyed,
or have any part missing due to non-logistical reasons.
• Each item can only be exchanged once.
• No return or exchange of products that are consistent as ordered.
• No return of products that are damaged after acknowledgement of receipt on delivery.
• If you find upon receipt that the quantity or model of the product is incorrect,
please call our customer service hotline at 3484 3896 immediately.
• We reserve the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
• Refund Procedure
For matters related to refunds or products,
please email us at twc.cs01@gmail.com stating your order number and contact information.
Once we receive the returned products (including the gift(s), packaging, invoice, order details, etc.)
and confirm that everything was correct, we will contact you within 7 days to arrange for exchange or refund.
Your refund will be processed within 30 working days and deposited into your bank account subsequently.
As we have no control over the internal procedures of banks and the postal system,
we apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused.

during office hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• If an order is returned to us because the delivery address is incorrect or is a PO Box or a hotel address,
or due to failed delivery attempts, or the recipient’s refusal to pay tax/
to provide proof of identity / to receive the parcel, etc.,
we will arrange for a refund according to the refund procedure after deduction of the original shipping fee
and an administration fee equivalent to 10% of the total price of products.
We will then notify you of the refund arrangement.
• Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the order to complete the return or exchange procedure.
We will arrange for a representative to follow up your return request and notify you of the arrangement.
